Cooling Options During Upcoming Heatwave

Bergen County has opened its cooling centers during this lengthy heatwave. All centers will be open from today, Tuesday, June 30th through Sunday July 5th, 9am to 6pm each day.

Locally, Rutherford Public Library will be open today, Tuesday, June 30th, and tomorrow Wednesday, July 1st from 10am-8pm and Thursday, July 2nd from 10am-6pm. 

The Rutherford Health Department will offer a cold water station in front of its lobby at 184 Park Avenue Wednesday, July 1st and Thursday July 2nd during business hours.

All Borough offices are closed Friday, July 3rd.
