A message from the artist: I’m excited and grateful that the Rutherford Arts Council and the Borough of Rutherford have chosen my Big-Hearted Canvas Project to be featured in Clara’s Tunnel for the new Year.

What’s the Big-Hearted Canvas Project?

The concept is to inspire peace and compassion for ourselves and others by looking deeper into the world around us. These days, especially, we need to support generosity towards our neighbors, and plant seeds for positive change.

Canvas images of beauty. Taken with the intention to inspire joyful daydreams, positivity, appreciation of the world around us, love for beauty of all kinds, big and small, from faraway places, and right here in our own backyard. Most of all, this project is designed to open hearts that may be closed and just need a different perspective of life’s beautiful and very powerful kind side.

The Big-Hearted Canvas Project is a project for the soul. Open eyes, opening hearts, for those who need it, while giving back to our favorite charities, and spreading the concept of self-compassion and kindness to all.
